  • A pin code for the front door will be randomly generated and emailed to you prior to check-in
  • There is ample parking in the front courtyard and street
  • The detached bedroom does NOT have A/C but it usually cools down at night when the windows are open; During heat waves, the main house A/C may not reach desired temperature

  • Take trash out to blue or black bins on side of house (blue bin = recyclables, black bin = everything else)
  • ALL used towels and bedding should go inside the washing machine (our cleaners will handle it from there)
  • Put dishes/cups/bowls/silverware in dishwasher
  • Clear all food items from house / empty refrigerator\
  • Please put all items back where they belong, including furniture
  • Check for Personal Items
  • Lights Off and Lock Doors
